Sponsorship Categories

Student Poster Contest Award Sponsors: $900.00 (limit one sponsor)
This year we will include student research posters to be posted in the break area. Sponsorship includes one conference registration (sessions and lunch), notice on the program, and acknowledgment when winning posters are announced. Student authors of the top three posters, judged by the conference committee, will share the $900 as a cash award.

Student Scholarship Sponsors: $600.00 (limit three sponsors)
Sponsorship includes one conference registration (sessions and lunch), notice on the program, name on the scholarship, and acknowledgment when the scholarships are announced: two students’ names drawn from a hat, from among those present, receive a no-strings-attached cash award.

Program Sponsors: $500.00
Sponsorship includes two conference registrations (sessions and lunch), notice on the program, prominent identification in the conference meeting hall, special thanks from the podium by the conference moderators, and exhibit space.

Lunch Sponsors: $300.00
Sponsorship includes one conference registration (sessions and lunch), notice on the inside of the program, recognition at the luncheon, and exhibit space.

Break Sponsors: $150.00
Sponsorship includes a notice on the program and the break board.

Exhibitors: $200.00
Exhibitor includes one conference registration (sessions and lunch), notice on the program, and exhibit space.
